FAQ
Practical answers about Invyra.
Short answers for pharmacy operators evaluating inventory risk detection, branch visibility, and action workflows.
Does Invyra replace WhatsApp and phone calls?
It does not need to replace every conversation. It replaces the critical stock-control part: expiry dates, quantities, ownership, request status, and reporting.
Who is Invyra built for?
Invyra is built for pharmacy groups, clinic pharmacies, and branch networks that need shared visibility across multiple locations.
What can a branch list?
Branches can list near-expiry, expired, damaged, non-moving, and excess stock with product, quantity, batch, expiry, and reason details.
Can teams search stock before buying?
Yes. Network users and branches can find available stock inside the network before another purchase is made.
Does Invyra only show data, or does it guide action?
The goal is action. Invyra structures the workflow so teams can transfer, prioritize, discount, return, or remove stock with accountability.
Can management see value at risk?
Yes. Admin views can show stock exposure, branch activity, requests, value reports, audit activity, and reward settings.
How much does Invyra cost?
AED 149 per branch per month, or AED 1,490 per branch per year (two months free), with a minimum of 3 branches. Networks with 20 or more branches pay AED 119 per branch, and networks with 50 or more get a custom quote. Onboarding is included.
Can we try Invyra before paying?
Yes. We run a free 30-day pilot on 2–3 of your branches and set it up for you. At the end you get a report of the near-expiry stock found and its value. Our first five Gulf pharmacy chains keep a founding-customer rate of AED 99 per branch per month, locked for 12 months.
