Terms of Service

Effective 12 October 2026

The rules for using Invyra. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

These terms govern use of the Invyra website and app, provided by Medicheck.co. By using Invyra you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If your organization has a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

2. The service

Invyra helps pharmacy businesses track stock and expiry risk, see availability across branches, and manage transfer requests. It is an operational tool. It does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, legal or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement or for systems required by your regulator.

3. Accounts

  • Accounts are created by us or by your organization's administrator.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and do not share accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly through our support page if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Make sure the data you enter is accurate, and that you have the right to enter it.
  • Comply with all laws that apply to you, including pharmacy, controlled-substance, product-transfer and data protection rules in your country. Invyra does not verify that a transfer is legally permitted.
  • Do not enter patient-identifiable health information.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access data of organizations or stores you are not authorized to access, or try to bypass security controls;
  • probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service, or use automated tools without our permission;
  • upload malware or unlawful, infringing or misleading content;
  • use Invyra to trade in falsified, stolen or illegally sourced products;
  • resell, copy or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows.

6. Your data

Your organization owns the business data it enters. You give us the rights needed to host, process and display that data to provide and secure the service. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. After your account ends you may ask for an export within 30 days; after that we may delete the data, subject to backup retention.

7. Fees

Fees, if any, are set out in your order or agreement with us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Invyra available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service unless a signed agreement says otherwise. We may change or improve features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access that breaches these terms, endangers other customers or the service, or is required by law. Your organization may stop using Invyra at any time; termination of a paid plan follows your agreement.

10. Intellectual property

Invyra, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organization's internal business while your access is active. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, Invyra is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reference information such as drug catalogs may be incomplete or out of date; verify critical information against official sources.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, stock or data. Our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees your organization paid us in that period, or USD 100 if none. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

Your organization will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from data it enters, products it transfers, or its breach of these terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, unless mandatory consumer or local law where you are based provides otherwise.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the effective date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions: our support page.
